Hello, my name is Friska Mahdalena Girsang, though you can simply call me Friska, and I serve as the Mathematics teacher for MYP 1 through MYP 5. In my classroom, I strive to create an environment where students have fun and feel comfortable discussing their mathematical challenges. I help them build confidence by providing problems at different stages of difficulty, ensuring that every student can experience success and feel proud of their own progress. I am truly excited to work in such a stunning location, where the surrounding mountains and beach seem to reflect the beautiful nature of our students, who are incredibly supportive, creative, and caring. I also feel a deep connection to this area, having called Batu Hijau home for the past 14 years.
