Dharazatun Zazila

Hello! My name is Dhara, and I teach EY 2A at this school. I am also part of the Student Support Team (SST), where I collaborate to support children’s learning and development in a holistic way.I have been teaching at this school for seven years, and prior to this, I taught at an international school in Yogyakarta, which has enriched my perspective on diverse learning environments and child-centered practices. As an educator, I care most about helping children become independent learners who are curious, confident, and actively engaged in their learning. My teaching philosophy centers on nurturing inquiry and curiosity through play-based learning, meaningful discussions, and hands-on experiences. I believe children learn best when they feel safe, valued, and encouraged to ask questions, explore ideas, and express themselves freely. I place a strong emphasis on creativity and the arts as powerful tools for learning, self-expression, and problem-solving.

What excites me most about working at this school and with this community is the shared commitment to child-centered learning and collaboration. I value being part of a community that celebrates each child’s unique journey and works together to support their growth. I hold a Master’s degree in Education from Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH), and I am deeply committed to continuous learning and supporting every child in reaching their full potential.
