Hi! I am Neeraja, as the Senior School Principal, I feel grateful to have had the opportunity to work in diverse international school settings across India, Botswana, and the Middle East. Over the years, I have served in various roles including teacher, Head of Department, DP Coordinator, and Dean of Academics, each of which has shaped my perspective as an educator and leader. I also serve as an examiner and IA moderator. I hold a Master’s degree in Pure Mathematics, a degree in Education, and a certificate in School Management and Leadership from Harvard University.
I care deeply about creating a supportive and respectful learning environment where students feel safe to ask questions, think critically, and grow with confidence. I believe in nurturing curiosity and encouraging students to challenge themselves while feeling supported along the way. What excites me most about working with this community is the opportunity to learn alongside dedicated colleagues and partner with families to support our students’ growth.
Outside of school, I enjoy playing and designing board games, reading, travelling, and cooking — simple joys that help me stay curious and connected.
