Hai Everyone. My name is Harto Junarko, and I am the EY 1 & EY 2 A Homeroom Teacher at our school. I joined Amman Academy in 2023, and I have been teaching in Early Years and Kindergarten since 2013. every year I’m reminded why I chose this path young children bring curiosity, honesty, and joy into the classroom every single day. I believe children learn best when they feel safe, valued, and excited about learning. In my classroom, learning is fun, meaningful, and driven by student agency. I love giving children opportunities to explore, ask questions, make choices, and express their ideas in ways that feel natural to them. Play, creativity, and real-life connections are at the heart of everything we do.
Beyond the classroom, I am a parent to three boys, which helps me truly understand the trust families place in teachers. I know how important it is for families to feel confident that their child is cared for, supported, and encouraged to grow, not only academically, but also socially and emotionally. I feel grateful to partner with families on this early learning journey and to support each child in becoming a confident, happy, and curious learner.
